Welcome to House #6!
I am so excited to show this house to you. It's truly a beautiful home - traditional and stately with amazing curb appeal. We fell in love with it just from the listing photos and saw so much opportunity both for our family to fill it with chaos and for renovation projects!
Because so many requests have come in for more-behind-the-scenes, in the moment, renovation process goodness, I thought it would be fun to take you on a video tour of the house in it's Before state. I want to be super clear that "before" is relative - we've owned homes that, frankly, we could have torn to the ground, and this is not certainly one of them. We have big plans for this house but she has great bones (which is why we loved her from the start!).
I broke the Before video down into the major projects that are on the docket. We will paint, trim, update lighting, make sure all the crown moulding matches, move switches, add in wallpaper, update alarms and style the entire house but the details happen last. Since I'm sharing real time, we're starting with the Big Guys: the foyer, kid's bathroom, main/master bedroom, main/master bathroom, play room, outdoor space and laundry room.
